The Newport Centre is the biggest leisure centre in the city of Newport, South Wales. The Newport Centre is located in Newport city centre on the west bank of the River Usk adjacent to the Kingsway Shopping Centre. It holds events such as concerts, conferences and exhibitions. The centre hosts the Welsh Open snooker tournament as well as international business conferences and exhibitions. The Centre also has suites overlooking the leisure pool and elsewhere; The Riverside Suite, Castle Room, Kingsway Suite, Usk Room, Treetops Suite, and the Emlyn Rooms.

 

In the centre of bustling Newport opposite the river foot bridge, Newport Centre is easy to find on Kingsway. Simply follow the brown ‘C’ signs in the centre of Newport if travelling by car. There is plenty of space to park your car in one of the nearby car parks. If you want to travel to the City Centre by train or bus, Newport Centre is easy to reach: just 5 minutes away from the bus station and 10 minutes from the train station.

 

There is a large multi storey car park next to the centre. Kingsway Centre Parking  is £5.00 for the day.
